​Sudbury ROCKS!!! Race Run Walk for the Health of It
Bursary Award
 
 
The Sudbury ROCKS!!! Race Run Walk for the Health of It Scholarship was established by the Sudbury ROCKS!!! Organization.  This award recognizes a Laurentian student, in any discipline, for their commitment as a volunteer or race participant at the Sudbury ROCKS!!! Race (marathon, 1/2 marathon,10km, 5km, or relay events) and for their contribution to a healthy active living lifestyle in the Sudbury community. This award is not renewable (a new recipient will be selected each year). Proof of race registration or volunteer hours required.  Value: $1,000.  Application for In-Course Awards required.
 
Specific Application and Granting Guidelines:
  1. The recipient must be enrolled in any discipline;
  2. The recipient must be a volunteer or race participant at the Sudbury ROCKS!!! Race Run Walk for the health of it (proof of race registration or volunteer hours required);
  3. The recipient must show their contribution to a healthy active living lifestyle in the Sudbury community
  4. This award is not renewable (a new recipient will be selected each year).
  5. Selection of award recipients shall be made by bursary committee of the Northern Cancer Foundation and will include input from the Sudbury ROCKS!! Organizing committee.
