The Sudbury YMCA has once again enthusiastically agreed to be our Venue sponsor and will host the SudburyRocks!!! Race, Run or Walk for Diabetes Race Expo. Race participants and visitors will have time to enjoy booths and displays while picking up their race kits. It’s a great way to see many different products, events, businesses, and services in one location. It’s also a great place to congregate before and after your event as the start/finish line is conveniently located at the front door.
LOCATION: Sudbury YMCA GYMNASIUM, 140 Durham St, Sudbury ON
DATE: Saturday, May 11, 2013
TIME: from 9 am to 5 pm
*May 12, 2013 from 6:30 am to 7:45 am for 1k and 5k emergency registrations only
* Race Kit pick up, including Race Bibs and Timing Chips
* Sponsors and exhibitors featuring apparel, merchandise, massage, fitness and so much more.
* Familiarize yourself with the location of the start and finish line the day before your race!
* Baggage check available in the gymnasium on run morning. Don't forget to include your name and bib number on your checked item.
RACE KIT INFORMATION:
Your race kit will include:
* Running t-shirt
- Technical shirt for the marathon and half marathon
- Cotton t-shirts for the all other events
- NO shirt available for the 1k Kids run
* Bib number
* ChampionChip™ Timing Chip
- NEW disposable Commemorative chip which may be kept as a souvenir
**Note: Marathon Relay participants will use ankle style non disposable chips as their chips must be exchanged at Relay Stations.
